Tamarii and Adamu to appeal against suspensions
The two Fifa executive committee members suspended over allegations of vote selling are to appeal their bans.
Reynald Temarii of Tahiti and Nigerian Amos Adamu are alleged to have offered their votes in the 2018 and 2022 World Cup bidding process for cash.
Fifa has taken a dim view of their actions and banned them for one year and three years respectively for breaching ethics guidelines.
The pair were found guilty of bribery, but both plan to challenge the sanctions imposed upon them by Fifa.
"Both have appealed formally and the appeals committee will look at it at a date to be confirmed," said Fifa's media department.
Tamarii and Adamu were both absent from the voting for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups, with hosting rights eventually awarded to Russia and Qatar.
