Korea Republic, Iran and Kuwait will play international friendlies on February 9, a FIFA match day.
The Taeguk Warriors, who recently finished third in the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2011™ after defeating Uzbekistan, will clash with Turkey, who are coached by Guus Hiddink, in Trabzon.
Korean coach Cho Kwang-rae has already announced a 22-man squad for the match, including 14 players from the AFC Asian Cup side. Midfielder Koo Ja-cheol, the Doha topscorer, leads the roll call.
Three players – Nam Tae-hee (French club Valenciennes, Hong Cheol (Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma) and Yoon Suk-young (Chunnam Dragons) - have received a first-time call-up from Cho.
