Klopp: Leverkusen win was deserved

Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp insists his players were deserving winners after they battled to a 1-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday.
Dortmund ensured they stayed two points ahead of Bayern Munich at the top of the Bundesliga, with Shinji Kagawa's strike on the stroke of halftime proving the difference.
Speaking after the game, Klopp admitted his side were never going to beat Leverkusen by a large margin of goals, and was just satisfied with the three points.
"It was clear from the very beginning that we will not score a lot of goals against them [Leverkusen]," Klopp told Liga Total.
"We just wanted to win. We've done that, and indeed our triumph is well deserved."
Midfielder Sven Bender echoed his coach's sentiments, admitting their opponents had been more than a match for the defending Bundesliga champions.
"Leverkusen have a very strong team, and possess enormous amounts of quality," Bender added. "It was a game of equals.
"Nevertheless, I think we are worthy winners, because we had the better chances. However, Bayer certainly gave us a run for our money."
Leverkusen themselves are 6th in the Bundesliga, and play Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
